This is a multi-room package that includes:

• Space Planning – Layout ideas to optimize furniture flow, function, and comfort

• Furniture Selection – Curation of key pieces that reflect your story and support how you live

• Textiles & Accessories – Rugs, pillows, and accents that layer in warmth and personality

• Lighting Plan – Fixtures that elevate mood, purpose, and ambiance

• Art & Styling – Sourcing and placing meaningful pieces that bring it all together

• Setup & Installation Support – Guidance or hands-on help with deliveries, assembly, and final styling if needed

Designing for Short-Term Rentals?
If you’re furnishing a short-term rental or giving your current one a refresh, we’ll incorporate guest-friendly touches, durable materials, and thoughtful extras that make your space stand out (and photograph beautifully). Your package will also include:

• Guest-Centered Essentials – Everything from dishes and linens to welcome basket extras

• Shoppable Room Lists – Turnkey product lists tailored to your rental’s location, style, and vibe

• Experience-First Design – Creating spaces that invite comfort, delight, and repeat bookings

This by room package option is perfect for those who don’t need full-service design, but still want expert advice to move forward with clarity and confidence. We can collaborate virtually (or in person depending on logistics) to ensure every detail is cohesive, intentional, and beautifully executed.

We’ll start with a collaborative conversation—either in person or virtually—to uncover what’s working in your space, what’s not, and where you’re feeling stuck. Whether you’re choosing colors, reworking your layout, overhauling your furniture or figuring out what’s missing, I’ll help you find clarity, flow, and direction—so your space feels grounded, inviting, and effortlessly you.

• Design Consultation – In-person in the Bay Area or virtually from anywhere

• Detailed Design Plans – Floor plans, mood boards, and specifications to guide the project

• Fixture & Finish Selection – Help choosing lighting, tile, hardware, and more

• Furniture & Decor Input – What to keep, what to swap, and what to add
